圣阳蓄电池的验收

圣阳蓄电池运至用户处，如符合下列条件则可验收

电池外壳、上盖及端子无物理性损伤

无漏液爬酸现象

充足电的情况下，一次循环内达到额定容量的100%

开路电压差△U≤0.02V/单体

电池在浮充运行中，无发热溢酸现象

电池贮存时间超过3个月，对电池进行一次补充电

CHECK AND ACCEPTANCE

The batteries after transport should be accepted by the customers according to the following requirements

6 No mechanica! damage to containers, covers and terminals of the batteries

e No leakage and creeping of the eletrolyte

e The capacity can be reached 100% of rated one during the first cycle for fully charged batteries

he difference of open circuit voltage: AU <0.02V/cell

No escape of acid and no heat generated during floating operation

of the battereis

here should be one additional charge if the batteries are stored for three month.
